Beyonce’s Fake Tattoo Line

Apparently I’m really late on this news, but wanted to share, just in case you haven’t heard of Beyonce’s most recent business venture. Beyonce’s House of Dereon has teamed up with airbrushing company Temptu to make temporary tattoo kits. They hit shelves at the beginning of November as a limited edition. The line is themed “with a ’60s-pinup-girl-meets-futuristic-biker-chick”. The tatts are waterproof and last 2-5 days selling for $34.00. You can choose from four designs: rock ‘n’ roll, jewelry, spider and signature fleur.

Would you buy temporary tattoos?

But I will be in such staggering debt by the time I’m through med school, I will be compelled to require a good deal of money for my services. In other words, if the American People continually vote to live in a “screw or be screwed” society, then even the well-meaning are faced with choosing one or the other. And if it comes to that, you know which one I will pick. I’d much prefer that it didn’t.

Thanks a bunch for the blog post, I will be linking to it within my next email newsletter to my own students, it is a fact (though just a little off subject, I admit) the future of business enterprise as well as successful business often is the capability of organizations to adapt to the webs infrastructure in a manner that can be accepted by their potential customers and also prospects… Retail space will most likely be replaced more frequently by server room and cpu processing cycles…. My own over the internet jewellery business enterprise has confirmed that time and time again… Nevertheless remarkable blog post, thanks and make your voice heard…

I don’t think it’s naked political calculus that’s driving Obama. I made an argument yesterday that HCR, whatever form it evolves into, will be the flagship of Obama’s legacy. It directly addresses the largest unfulfilled portion of the progressive agenda as formulated a century ago. It also frames the debate about HC such that it can no longer be avoided by fallacies…the so called free market has produced health care that consumes an unsustainable 20% or more of GNP.

Unfortunately, there are no rules or requirements for membership in the Democratic party. Any crook or charlatan can claim to be a Democrat and use party resources to help fund their elections, only to turn around and vote as a Republican on every issue which matters. The Back-stabbers Squad you have named (Baucus, Nelson, Conrad, Landrieu, et al.) should already have been expelled from the party for their conniving and conspiring with the right-wing to sabotage important votes.

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
