Joseph Francis, creator of Girls Gone Wild, has been charged with assault, false imprisonment and other misdemeanor crimes. Three women who got in his limousine outside a Hollywood club claim he was taking them to their car but they were taken to his gated house instead.
If Francis is charged, he faces five years in jail; however, he claims he is innocent and has witnesses to corroborate his story.
