Courtney Stodden, the 16 year old bride, has been making headlines the past couple of days for marrying 51 year old actor, Doug Hutchinson. The couple wed in Vegas last month and hope to prove to the world that age is nothing but a number. Here’s what the couple had to say about their marriage, “We’re aware that our vast age difference is extremely controversial, but we’re very much in love and want to get the message out there that true love can be ageless.” As they say, “love is blind”! And, judging by the video and photos, tone deaf, disturbing, wrong, and creepy.

Courtney Stodden is an aspiring model and country singer. According to her website, Courtney writes and composes all of her own music and is planning on releasing a Demo CD with songs titled “We are America”, “Crazy”, and “Car Candy,”. While we find it pretty unbelievable that she is a singer, we find it more shocking that she is only 16 years old. REALLY? We could go on and on about this, but we found the video below in which Anderson Cooper does a fantastic job of summing up our thoughts. Enjoy.
