Alright voters, here’s the contest information and how to win:
There are two rounds to determining the biggest douchebag of 2009.
First round we want your submissions! Tell us who was this year’s biggest douchebag by tweeting your submission by using our tweet button at the top-right of this post. We’ll accept submissions until December 20!
Example:

The TOP TEN most popular submissions will be taken, and a final round of voting will begin to determine this year’s biggest d-bag. The vote ends on December 30!
