Twumped is another weird Twitter spin-off which “shows the twitter users that have recently split up, broken up or been dumped by their girlfriend / boyfriend. We then allow you to message the twitter account owner… Simple!” Wow that sounds so GREAT!!! No, actually that sounds awful. So you break-up with your significant other and later that day you’ve got every douchebag in the Twitterverse sending you messages, trying to scoop you up?!
Call me old fashion but when I break-up or get dumped by someone I want a couple of days of self-pity and Ben and Jerry’s ice cream before going back out for the rebound. This all seems a little weird to me but I guess if you tweet it someone will be listening. How do you feel about this new twist in the search for love?
