Wine Makes You Skinny!

Going out with the ladies but on a diet? How about a nice glass of wine?

According to a long term study, women who drank a “moderate” amount of wine (1-2 glasses a DAY) ended up gaining the least amount of weight.

Scientists believe this may be because our liver breaks down alcohol in a way that turns excess energy into heat instead of fat.
