Haven’t you always wondered how models and people that appear on TV keep their Skin looking flawless at all times? Having a great skin doesn’t just happen in one day, it takes time, patience and creating a healthy habit in order to keep it great. Every good thing requires a good regimen, determination and a purpose. This case having great skin does require effort, and it is mainly about having a consecutive habit  to keep your skin looking shiny and clean.

Here are a couple of tips and tricks you should make a habit of doing, in order to keep your skin looking great. 

1. Always remove your makeup before going to bed

Always make sure you clean your face before going to sleep. After all you don’t want to keep your pores clogged the entire night. Since people use makeup throughout the day you want to use nighttime to let your skin and your pores breath. Make sure that you not only remove your makeup before bed but that you also wash your face afterward and even use a face mask to completely hydrate and in order to remove any impurities.

2. Drink a lot of water

Drinking a lot of water will keep your body hydrated but it would definitely show in your face. Often dry skin results from lack of hydration, and for this reason you will definitely need to drink some water throughout the day to keep your skin healthy and glowing.

3. Stay away from greasy and oily foods

Greasy foods are the main reason why people have oily skin and pimple breakouts. It is a way for your body to push out the oil that you have been consuming. In order to avoid breakouts or skin impurities, make sure that you eat healthy, after all, you are what you eat.

4. Moisturize daily

Some people tend to have dry skin, which results in scars and dryness, which only affects you and your skin. Whenever this happens you will even feel your skin itchy and as a result, you will get redness from irritated parts of your skin. Make sure that you moisturize, daily and consecutively, help out your skin to be constantly hydrated and glowing.

5. Use SPF

Protect your skin from the UV rays, this can be quite damaging and for some people, it can result in skin cancer. Long exposure of the sun can even stain your skin and can give you unwanted spots that won’t go away. Aside from using SPF at all times, wear hats, and avoid being directly under the sun for a long time. 

6. Don’t pop your pimples

This is one important rule everyone disobeys, as people get tempted to get rid of a pimple and they believe the best way to do so is by popping it. This is quite the contrary, whenever you are picking up a pimple it is most likely for it to scar your face and infect the áreas around it.If you are bothered with skin imperfections, visit your dermatologist and have them prescribe something for that, however never pop your pimples, as it will result worse than the pimple itself.
